Dr Lata Karir believes that a true smile comes from within, and she can help unveil it!
She is all about passion and compassion. A passion for dentistry and compassion for the patients is what you will experience when you visit our office. She combines many years of experience in the dental field, with her gentle and friendly personality. She likes to provide the best care to her patients, and will go the extra mile to ensure that.
Dr Lata loved science as a child, and got very interested in healthcare. She got her dental education in India, and started practicing dentistry there. Over the course of her career, she has also worked with several Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Her experience enables her to excel at complex procedures that many dentists must refer out to other offices. After moving to the US, she continued her dental training, passed the California Dental Board exams, and went on to acquire a license to practice dentistry in California.
She continues to keep herself updated through continuing education courses she attends regularly. Dr. Lata is also a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, San Joaquin Dental Society, and Punjabi Dental Society.
Dr Lata feels strongly for apprehensive patients, and tries to help them by treating them as gently as she can. One day, she hopes to see all her patients - especially the children - be fearless about visiting the dentist.
Outside of dentistry, she has a passion for music (especially Indian Classical) and dance. She has been a student of music and dance for several years, and spends her free time learning and performing.
She is a dedicated mother of two, and loves to spend loads of quality time with her children.
She is committed to educating the girl child, and has provided financial support to several girls so they can complete their education.

Dr Daman Saini - Associate Dentist
Dr Saini is a Bay Area native who earned his DDS degree from the UCSF School of Dentistry and completed a specialized residency at the VA Palo Alto Medical Center. Passionate about ongoing education and cosmetic dentistry, he has completed advanced training at the UCLA Aesthetic Continuum and from Dr John Kois - among world’s most renowned dentists - to craft healthy, functional, and confident smiles. Dr Saini is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care in a warm and welcoming environment. When not providing dental care, he enjoys weight training, working on home projects, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife and daughter while cheering on the Warriors, Giants & 49ers.
Bobby - Dental Hygienist
Bobby attended SJVC in Visalia, CA. He has been practicing Dental Hygiene since 2009. Bobby is passionate about dental hygiene and promotes and educates importance of oral health, building and maintaining relationships with patients. Loves and enjoys spending time with his fiancé and daughter, as well as family and friends, playing and watching sports.
Maria - Dental Assistant
Maria has been a Dental Assistant for over 10 years. She is efficient, personable, empathetic and cheerful. She makes patients feel comfortable - it makes her happy to see them leave with a smile. She loves her family and enjoys reading when time allows.
Raquel - Dental Assistant
Raquel takes great pride in her work and is passionate about creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient. She chose a career in dentistry because she believes in helping people overcome their fear of the dentist and making their dental visits a positive experience. Outside of the office, Raquel enjoys music and spends her time singing and playing several instruments.
Alexis - Dental Assistant
Alexis loves to work and see people happy. He takes ownership in his work and gives it his 100%. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, and hanging out with his cat Kaliman.
